About Us
Mental health care shouldn’t feel rushed, cold, or one-size-fits-all.
At our clinic, care starts with listening — really listening — and building a treatment plan that respects your story, your values, and your goals.
We focus on thoughtful, personalized psychiatry that looks beyond symptoms to understand the whole person. Healing happens through trust, collaboration, and the right mix of evidence-based care and modern treatment options.
Our Philosophy
We believe meaningful mental health care is built on three things:
- Strong therapeutic relationships
- Personalized, collaborative treatment planning
- Respect for each patient’s autonomy and lived experience
Diagnosis matters, but connection matters more. Treatment works best when patients feel safe, heard, and empowered to take an active role in their care.
Our providers take time to understand your history, your challenges, and your strengths — not just your symptoms — and work with you to decide what support truly fits your life.
Meet Our Providers
Dr. Mark C. Feinstein, DO
Dr. Feinstein brings decades of experience and a depth-focused approach to psychiatry. He was trained in a model of care that emphasizes understanding the whole person — medical history, emotional patterns, relationships, and life context — not just prescribing medications.
He believes psychiatry is both a science and an art, requiring time, presence, and careful clinical judgment. Dr. Feinstein is known for his thoughtful evaluations, strong patient rapport, and commitment to safe, responsible treatment decisions.
His work emphasizes careful medication use when appropriate, close coordination with therapy and advanced treatments, and maintaining a broad view of a patient’s physical and emotional health .
Brittany Khoury, PMHNP-BC
Brittany brings a deeply patient-centered and integrative approach to mental health care. Her work is grounded in building trust, fostering emotional safety, and helping patients reconnect with their own sense of agency.
Her clinical style is collaborative, compassionate, and calm — focused on long-term healing rather than quick fixes. Brittany integrates evidence-based psychiatric care with mindfulness-informed approaches, somatic awareness, and psychotherapy-aligned strategies.
She works closely with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma-related conditions, mood disorders, and life transitions, helping patients feel supported as they explore meaningful and sustainable change.

Our Approach to Care
Every patient begins with a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation designed to understand:
- Your personal history and lived experiences
- Current symptoms and challenges
- Past treatments and responses
- Lifestyle factors such as sleep, stress, and relationships
- What you want to focus on first
From there, treatment plans are tailored — not templated. Options may include psychotherapy-aligned care, medication management, or advanced treatments depending on your needs and preferences.
We prioritize care that supports long-term wellbeing, emotional regulation, and improved quality of life.
Advanced Treatment Options
In addition to psychiatric evaluations and ongoing care, we offer access to advanced treatment options when appropriate, including:
- Medication management
- Psychotherapy-informed treatment planning
- Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS)
- Ketamine-based therapies (when clinically indicated)
These options may be considered for individuals who have not found sufficient relief with traditional approaches.

We proudly serve adults in our local community and surrounding areas, with in-person and telepsychiatry options available based on care needs.
