What We Treat?
Persistent low mood, loss of interest, fatigue, and hopelessness that impacts daily life. We treat both first-episode depression and cases that haven’t improved with traditional medications or therapy.
Chronic worry, restlessness, panic attacks, and physical symptoms such as racing heart or shortness of breath. Treatment focuses on calming the nervous system while addressing underlying thought and behavior patterns.
Intrusive, unwanted thoughts paired with repetitive behaviors or mental rituals. Care is tailored to reduce symptom intensity and improve daily functioning using evidence-based approaches.
Symptoms may include hypervigilance, nightmares, emotional numbness, or irritability following trauma. We provide trauma-informed care that prioritizes safety, regulation, and long-term healing.
Difficulty with focus, organization, impulsivity, or emotional regulation. We offer comprehensive evaluations and personalized treatment plans that support work, relationships, and daily life.
Episodes of depression with periods of elevated or irritable mood. Treatment emphasizes careful diagnosis, mood stability, and long-term management to reduce disruption and relapse.
Trouble falling asleep, staying asleep, or waking unrefreshed. We address sleep issues by treating underlying mental health contributors and using structured, evidence-based strategies.
A non-invasive, FDA-cleared treatment that targets brain regions involved in mood regulation. TMS is medication-free and often used when depression or OCD hasn’t responded to other treatments.
An FDA-approved nasal spray for treatment-resistant depression, administered in a monitored clinical setting. Often covered by insurance and used alongside ongoing psychiatric care.
